***NOTICE OF GREEN MOUNTAIN FENCE CLOSING
Effective 10/03/2011 Green Mountain Fence shut down for the season. Hoping to reopen in the Spring, we now realize that won't be possible. It is with great sadness, that we inform you of this news. It is especially heartbreaking that we will be saying goodbye to an era, a family business that was founded in 1951. Sales have been down and large accounts lost, due to businesses closing. We held on as long as we could, but unfortunately, cannot keep the business going any longer. We would like to thank all of our customers and especially our employees. Your dedication and loyalty will not be forgotten. We will miss you all!

Directions:
*****From I-91 North: Take Exit 25 (Barton Exit) Turn left onto VT-16. Approx. 2.7 miles. Go threw town of Glover. About a ¼ mile at the top of the hill on the right hand side is Green Mountain Fence.
******From Burlington: onto I-89 South 35.5 miles. Take Exit 8 toward US-2/ Montpelier/VT-12/St. Johnsbury. Merge onto Memorial Dr. 1.1 miles. Memorial dr. becomes US-2/Theodore Roosevelt Highway 6.6. miles. Stay straight to go onto VT-14 North. 19.4 miles. Stay straight to go onto South Main St./VT-15/Grand Army of the Republic Highway. Continue to follow VT-15/Grand Army of the Republic Highway 2.3 miles. Turn left onto VT-16. 16.7 miles On left hand side before the town of Glover is Green Mountain fence.
