Refusal of delivery will be subject to shipping, storage and/or restocking fee. Any additional charges incurred in shipping, is the customers responsibility and is subject to rebilling.(This sometimes happens if the customer is not home on the day of a scheduled delivery, or not enough people are there to unload, there is a redelivery fee. If the order is added on to and the weight goes up, additonal charges may be apply. Or on a hand unload, if the driver is asked to help unload due to lack of people, an extra fee may be charged.)
